- The apartment is located on the second floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator, and guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit. - Although children are welcome, please be aware that our home is not designed to be baby-proof or toddler-proof and may not be the best fit for families with young children. It will be up to your own discretion whether to bring your little ones. - For bookings of more than two weeks, there will be a mandatory bi-weekly cleaning of the unit by our cleaning crew. Guests will be charged $130 per cleaning. - Pets are allowed with prior approval and conditions. There is a $130 pet fee. Kindly inform us in advance and during reservation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

3 friends and I stayed here while we were visiting a friend who lives nearby. The location is great. Every morning I walked to the coffee shop a few blocks away (Musette) and we also walked to the Philadelphia Museum of art and all the shops and restaurants along the way. You have to walk about 2 flights up steep steps to get inside the apartment. It was fine for us but just be aware of that. Checkin and checkout was easy with the digital locks and we did communicate with Xadea along the way and she was responsive and helpful.

Due to a delayed flight, we were not able to make it to Philadelphia in time to stay at Xaedea's place. However, even though legally, they did NOT have to accommodate us in anyway - Xaedea did in fact and allowed us to postpone our listing for another day during the week. This was truly appreciated, and above and beyond what they were required to do as an AirBnB host. My friends are I are very thankful.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is adorable with several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great communication from the host!
